In May 2006, we began to “Paint The Town Red”.  As we grew, our red KW signs were popping up all over the beach community and surrounding areas.

We opened with 43 agents, closed 15 units at $4 million in closed volume in our first month, with an average sales price of $270,400 and took 25 listings.  Fast forward to now and we continue to celebrate record-breaking sales with 175 agents and over $250 million in closed volume with an average sales price of $307,600.
